Betty Ann Hope

Betty Ann Hope (nee Danfield), age 78, of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on October 15, 2021. She was born in Camden, NJ. Betty enjoyed watching her soap operas Guiding Light, Bold and Beautiful and Young and Restless. She also enjoyed reading her gossip magazines Globe, Enquire and National Examiner. She loved her word search books all day long, Yahtzee as well as Solitaire on her phone. She enjoyed sunbathing, shopping and eating - which always led to taking home ALL of the leftovers. She enjoyed playing games with her family like Rummikub, Phase 10 and Sorry. When it came to holidays, Betty was very festive and dedicated to family traditions which included watching TV specials, cooking, food crafting and loved Christmas music. Most of all, Betty cherished spending time with her family, they were her pride and joy. She will be missed dearly. Betty Ann is predeceased by her daughter, Bettyann Hope; and mother, Edna Danfield. She is survived by her children: Denise Begley, James Hope (Ellen), Suzann Sunstein, Karen Amaro (Danny), George Hope, Tamika Gee, and her cat, Boo. Grandchildren: Brandy Smith, Eunise Munoz (Warren Scott), Thomas Sunstein Jr., Ariel Munoz Jr. (Miriam Rodriguez), Chester Begley Jr. (Ellen), George Hope Jr., Brandon DeGarmo (Melisa), Edward DeGarmo, Ashley Medina (Richard Astor), Erica Sunstein, Krystle Medina (David Hernandez), Heather DeGarmo, Nathaniel Gee, Tiffani Hope, Cheri Burks, Jabrayah Gee. Great Grandchildren: Dominic Smith, Joshua Gilbert II, Cam'eron Scott, Talia Medina-Vargas, Jaylien Hernandez, Ariel I Munoz, David Hernandez Jr., Warren Scott III, Angelina DeGarmo, Edward DeGarmo Jr., Leilani DeGarmo, Alani Hernandez, Jaxon DeGarmo; many loving nieces and nephews. Family and friends are welcomed to her visitation on Monday, October 25, 2021 from 9am-11am at Inglesby and Sons Funeral Home, located at 2426 Cove Road, Pennsauken, NJ.
