Jean H. McKinnon

Jean H. McKinnon, age 78, of Lindenwold, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 13, 2015 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Camden, NJ. In her younger years, she was a bartender at Ye Old Timers Club (owned by her father Carl) in Camden and was the life of the place. Jean will be remembered by as fun loving and dedicated to her family. She enjoyed trips to Atlantic City, impersonating Tina Turner at parties, and making those around her laugh and have fun. Most of all, she raised her grandchildren in a time of need and pushed them to be successful. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. Jean is predeceased by her parents, Frank "Brock" Williams, Pearl H. Walley, and Carl L. Jones; husband, Edward McKinnon; and son, Jeffrey McKinnon. She is survived by her significant other of 23 years, Daryl Roane; children, Laverne J. McKinnon and her husband Tyson Banks, and Sophia L. McKinnon and her husband Delaney McQuaid; grandchildren, Tracey J. Dickens and her husband Troain D. Dickens, Brandon E. Mckinnon, and Delaney C. McKinnon and significant other Danielle Pancrazio ; great grandchildren, Arabella S. McKinnon, Troain D. Dickens, Jr., Terrell D. Dickens, Taylor A. Dickens, and Michael D. Dickens; siblings, June A. Chaffin, Frances M. Law, Irene Williams, and Karl Jones; cousins, Diane Reid, Helen Douglas, Arthur Thomas, and a host of additional cousins; nieces and nephews, Vyvyan Cherie Chaffin, Timothy Wesley Chaffin, Pastor Toki Larinda Taylor, Jeanine M. Law-Lewis and her husband Steven Lewis, Kevin T. Law and his significant other Heather Laisi and children Quinton Law, Alexus Law, Elijah Law, and Madison Law; and a host of additional loving great nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Friday, September 18, 2015 from 10am-1pm at Inglesby & Sons Funeral Home, located at 2426 Cove Rd., Pennsauken, NJ 08109. A funeral ceremony will be held at 1pm at the funeral home. Jean will be laid to rest at Lakeview Memorial Park in Cinnaminson, NJ.
